As soon as you arrive at your vacation villa, you’ll know you’re somewhere special. Lush, green grass, and tropical landscaping welcome you home, just minutes from all the excitement of theme parks, great shopping, and delicious restaurants in central Florida. All guests enjoy complimentary WiFi and A/C.
Living Space
With tall ceilings and neutral colors, you’ll feel a breezy sense of peace and calm as you enter the villa. The front entry gives way to a newly renovated living space, complete with warm wood floors, a butter-soft leather sectional sofa, and tropical decor to set the mood.
After a long day adventuring at the theme parks or elsewhere, you’ll love coming home and relaxing on the sofa with a tall glass
of your favorite beverage, and maybe your book or mobile device, just to enjoy a few moments alone and catch up with your friends at home.
On the evenings you decide to stay in, gather the gang around to stream a favorite show or movie on the Smart TV. For an extra-special treat, set up an ice cream social around the soft-serve ice cream machine (available for an additional rental fee) with all your favorite toppings, and all your favorite people!

The kitchen is sized just right for a small family. It comes complete with stainless steel appliances, a full pantry, and a peninsula bar. It is well-equipped to provide everything you need to create yummy meals.
The dining room with seating for 6 is conveniently adjacent and sits just in front of the sliding glass door to the lanai, offering great natural light and a view of the pool and green space.

The primary suite is a sweet space for one lucky couple. It features a comfortable king-size bed and a Smart TV for those who enjoy late-night talk shows or news. If you’re more the “read a few pages in my book” before bed type, you’ll love the convenience of dual nightstands and lamps. A ceiling fan keeps you cool at night. Best of all is a full-size futon sofa, offering a few moments of “alone time” if things get hectic. Your own ensuite bath offers dual vanities and a large walk-in shower,
The first guest suite offers plenty of flexibility with two double beds. Other features include a nightstand and lamp, and a ceiling fan. The ensuite bath features two vanities and a walk-in shower.
The kids in your group will love the last guest suite, with 3 twin beds, one being bunk-style. A nightstand and lamp, and ceiling fan finish off this suite. The ensuite bath offers a tub/shower.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
The large screened lanai will fast become the family favorite! A big pool is a great way to enjoy the Florida sunshine, while the sun chairs encourage you to soak up that Vitamin D. Be sure to enjoy a meal al fresco at the covered dining table, while listening to the sounds of fun, laughter, and new memories being created.
A gas grill is available for an additional rental fee of $80, which also includes 1 gas refill. If you would like to take advantage of this amenity, please let us know prior to your arrival. If you wait until check-in to place your order, we will be forced to charge a $30 connection fee.
