Sun-Kissed Villa is the ideal property for a family getaway, with enough space to accommodate up to 8 guests. The entire house has been newly renovated for your comfort and enjoyment.
Living Spaces
There’s room for everyone in the bright and breezy open-concept living area with lofted ceilings, elegant light fixtures, and comfy couches.You’ll also find a half bath on the main floor. This is a great spot for a movie marathon before you head out to the parks!
As a family-friendly property, we make sure to provide plenty of entertainment for vacationers of all ages. Have an exciting games night in the comfortable living room–we’ve got you covered with board games, as well as free high-speed internet, cable TV, a pack-n-play, high chair, and an assortment of baby toys.
Worried about safety? Vacation with peace of mind. The house comes equipped with a security system for your use, and is safely sheltered in a gated resort community with 24-hour security.
Besides being a whole lot of fun, we know Florida family vacations can be wet, sandy, and sometimes messy (spilled ice cream, anyone?), so a washer and dryer are provided for your use.

Just because you’re on vacation doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice on comfort. The house boasts all the amenities of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and seating for 8, with both a dining table and convenient breakfast bar. Enjoy a family meal after a day of fun. We’ve got the pots and pans, utensils, and plates–you bring the delicious food! Or cook burgers and kebabs on the gas grill and enjoy dinner al fresco on the covered back patio.

Adults will appreciate the two bright and inviting main suites, both with king beds, 43” HDTVs, and private full baths, as well as ample storage for clothes. The first-floor main suite has its own workstation, perfect for freelancers and entrepreneurs, while the second-floor main suite enjoys private balcony access, allowing you to wake up and step right into that Florida sunshine with your morning coffee to enjoy views of undisturbed forest in the surrounding conservation area. The third bedroom has a queen bed and 43” HDTV, and shares a full bath with the fourth bedroom which is furnished with two twins; this is the perfect suite for the kids.

The villa has a private balcony on the second floor with stunning views of the surrounding woodland, as well as a covered patio on the ground floor. With no neighbors behind you, your backyard is all nature.
