Coffee lovers will love the separate coffee bar, complete with a full-size drip pot.

The formal dining table sits in front of a large window for tons of natural light and can comfortably seat up to 8 guests.

A full washer and dryer setup in the hallway near the common area adds to your comfort and convenience during your stay.

Bedrooms & Baths

Guests have their choice between the two first-floor bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the office room.

Each room is decorated in a contemporary style and features high-end furnishings. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with extra seating, and an ensuite bathroom with modern amenities.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with modern furnishings. A pullout sofa bed in the office sleeps additional guests as needed. These rooms and the common area are serviced by a full bathroom in the main hallway.

The backyard garden area connects to the community amenities, which include a swimming pool, playground, a dog area, and a covered bbq/grill area perfect for a family picnic!

The neighborhood

Magnolia Park is a calm residential neighborhood in Haines City, which is known for the citrus groves planted by early settlers. Citrus is still an important part of the city today.

You can drive the Ridge Scenic Highway through the groves, pick an orange at Ridge Island Groves, and indulge in a slice of grapefruit pie from Taste of Florida Café at Lang Sun Country Groves. Ridge Island Groves is a must-see if you want to pick an orange or peach.

Nearby Lake Eva Park features an aquatic center with a competition pool, a band shell for concerts, basketball courts, bicycle and running trails, playgrounds, tennis courts, and a waterfront banquet hall. Lake Eva Park also serves as the starting point for IRONMAN races.

There are loads of great options for dining in the area. Nikko's Egg City serves diner-style breakfast and lunch, while  Manny's Original Chophouse on Highway 27 serves up massive portions of delicious steak, barbecue ribs, or seafood. Lunch or dinner at La Fiesta Mexicana Restaurant in downtown Haines City is perfect for delicious chiles rellenos and camarones a la Mexicana. In February, Ribs on the Ridge hosts an incredible barbecue festival where thousands of people flock to Lake Eva Park for barbecue, beer, and live music.

Schedule a round of golf at Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. This course is consistently rated as one of the best in the Orlando area. The dramatic hillside layout is over 7,200 yards long and features a 100-foot elevation change.

Getting Around

This property is about 53 min (43.8 miles) via I-4 W and US-27 S from Orlando International Airport by car/Lyft/Uber traveling via FL-528 E.
