Can I run my Roseus Franchise from Home?
Yes! Brick-and-mortar location is not required to successfully operate a Roseus franchise.
Where does Roseus list my clients homes?
Roseus lists all our homes on over 20 sites across the globe. some include Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Homes & Villas by Marriott.
Do I need experience in Real Estate or vacation rentals to own a Roseus franchise?
No experience is necessary. We provide in-depth training to all our franchisees. Some states do require a Real-estate License to engage in property management businesses. Please reach out to our franchise development team for more details.
What is the most valuable skill I need to be successful?
A passion for service. The best franchisees have a mix of guest service, sales, and networking skills to couple with their work ethic.
Do you offer Training & Support?
We do! As part of our onboarding process we over 80 hours of training at our Office in Orlando, in-market and virtually.

Do I need any special certifications?

Yes! We have over 400 territories available and you may purchase and operate as many as you desire.
How long does it take from our first meeting until I am up and running?
Our sales and onboarding process takes roughly 6-8 weeks from first contact to the start of operations.
How much does it cost?
All costs are detailed in our FDD. The investment varies from $71,800-$163,100 depending on the territory chosen.
How are territories determined?
All territories are broken down by zip code. The territories are based on 2022 vacation rental volume.
Do I need to hire employees?
Initially, the business can be run by one person, typically the franchisee. As you grow, it may become beneficial to bring on staff to help with the needs of the business.
